NOORIE
My Story
Noorie is a beautiful female Arabian Mau who was rescued from the streets of Dubai, UAE. Her estimated date of birth is 21st July 2024.
Her story almost ended before it had even begun. Noorie was found hiding for shelter on a construction site, where pest control had been called and were only minutes away from removing her. Thankfully, one of the construction workers knew a local rescuer, who stepped in just in time to save her life.
Despite every effort, Noorie was unable to find a forever home in the UAE, so she made the journey to the UK on 9th August 2025, where she is now patiently waiting for the family she deserves.
Likes & Dislikes
Noorie is a girl with plenty of personality and isn't afraid to let you know what she likes! She absolutely adores human company and is a real cuddle bug, happiest when she has someone's full attention all to herself.
She's affectionate and loving but also appreciates having her own boundaries respected. Head rubs are very much on Noorie's terms when she's in the mood, she'll happily let you know!
She tolerates other cats but would much rather be the centre of someone's world than share the spotlight.
Ideal Home
Noorie would thrive in a calm, adult home where she can be the only pet and build a close bond with her new family.
Her ideal home would have:
- ❤️ No other cats
- ❤️ No dogs
- ❤️ No small children
- ❤️ Someone who enjoys lots of cuddles and companionship
- ❤️ A family who understands that affection should always be on her terms
If you're looking for a loyal companion who will reward your patience with endless love and cuddles, Noorie could be the perfect addition to your family. She has already overcome so much in her young life now all she needs is a place to finally call home.
