Direct Adoptions are for cats that are not at the cafe, they could be in foster locally, while others are located in other countries such as the UAE. Rescuers who are snowed under trying to find homes for cats will contact us and ask for our help to get their cats homed.

Rescuers will contact us for help, we will gather as much information on the cat as possible and advertise them via our social media platforms and website.

If you see a cat you are interested in, you can fill in our online application form. This will then be sent directly to the rescuer of that cat.

The rescuer will then contact you directly and arrange a zoom call to get to know you, your family and your current situation. They will also discuss the cat and assess suitability.
If the cat is located within the UK already, the rescuers will ask for you to meet the cat.

If successful, the rescuer will arrange for the cat to be delivered to the UK.
If already in the UK, they will arrange a collection date with you.

On average it costs around £3000.00 for a cat from overseas to be bought into the country. Rescuers will ask for a small donation towards this, which is similar to the standard adoption fee of £150.00, however this can vary on their circumstances.
Rescuers will fundraise to gather the remaining funds to get the cat over to you.
