SUZIE
My Story
Susie is a female Arabian Mau with an estimated date of birth in May 2025.
She was born safely in a veterinary clinic in Dubai, UAE, after her mum, Clemmie, was rescued from the streets while heavily pregnant at just six months old.
Unlike so many kittens, Susie was lucky enough to enter the world in safety, surrounded by people who cared for her.
After waiting in vain for a family in the UAE, Susie and Clemmie travelled to the UK together on 17th January 2026. Since the day she was born, they've never been apart, and their bond remains incredibly strong.
In fact, most people are surprised to learn that Clemmie is Susie's mum, as Susie has grown into the bigger of the two and they often look more like sisters than mother and daughter!
Likes & Dislikes
Susie is a wonderfully calm and well-mannered young cat with a gentle soul.
While she still enjoys a play session when the mood takes her, she's generally much more relaxed than your average kitten. She's happiest lounging somewhere comfortable, quietly observing everything that's happening around her before deciding whether she'd like to join in.
When Susie wants affection, she'll let you know in the sweetest way possible with gentle little head boops asking for cuddles
She has a peaceful nature, takes life at her own pace and brings a lovely sense of calm wherever she goes.
Ideal Home
Susie is looking for a forever home with her mum, Clemmie, where they can continue sharing the special bond they've had since the day she was born.
Her ideal home would have:
- ❤️ Her mum, Clemmie, by her side
- ❤️ A calm, loving family
- ❤️ Plenty of cosy places to relax and watch the world go by
- ❤️ Children of any age
- ❤️ Other friendly cats
- ❤️ A calm, cat-friendly dog
- ❤️ People who appreciate a gentle, affectionate companion
Susie is one of those cats who quietly steals your heart. Sweet, patient and incredibly loving, she's happiest simply being close to the people she trusts. Together, Susie and Clemmie make the perfect pair, and they're ready to bring double the love to the family lucky enough to welcome them home.
