ACORN
My Story
Acorn is a handsome male tabby Arabian Mau with an estimated date of birth of 4th March 2025.
Unlike many of our rescue cats, Acorn never had to face life alone on the streets. His mum was rescued heavily pregnant and taken into a veterinary clinic in Dubai, UAE, where she safely gave birth to her kittens. From the very beginning, Acorn was surrounded by people who cared for him, before moving into foster care to wait for his forever family.
Despite being an incredibly loving and handsome boy, nobody came forward to adopt him in the UAE. So, on 30th August 2025, Acorn travelled to the UK in the hope that his perfect family was waiting here instead.
Likes & Dislikes
Acorn is a big, chunky boy with an even bigger heart.
He's a complete softie who absolutely adores cuddles and would quite happily be treated like a baby for the rest of his life! If you're looking for a cat who loves affection and enjoys being fussed over, Acorn won't disappoint.
When he's not soaking up attention, you'll usually find him chasing feather toys, climbing to the highest spot he can find or stretching out in a warm patch of sunshine for an afternoon nap.
One of Acorn's favourite things is being up high. Whether it's the top of a cat tree, a shelf or a window perch, he loves having somewhere elevated where he can quietly watch everything going on around him.
He's incredibly easy-going, laid-back and takes life in his stride.

Acorn's gentle, relaxed personality means he would fit into almost any loving home.
His ideal home would have:

Acorn is the definition of a gentle giant. Sweet, affectionate and wonderfully relaxed, he's the kind of cat who will quickly become the heart of the home.
All he's missing now is a family to spoil him with the love he's been waiting for.
